Negatives: Room wasnt very clean, air conditioner did not work, bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat.

Negatives: Musty, damp, moldy smell in many parts of the hotel. Our room had strong old-cigarette smell even after deep cleaning by housekeeping. Very unpleasant and unhealthy, especially for guests with asthma and/or other lung conditions. Many rooms had guests with multiple large dogs staying with them. Uncomfortable for guests with pet allergies who need non-pet rooms. They should have designated one or two of the hotels floors as pet friendly and kept at least one entire floor pet-free rather than having pets in rooms right next to non-pet rooms. Very bright lights all around the parking lot made it difficult to darken the room for sleeping. Bright light shining through the curtains was very annoying.

Negatives: Hot tub is broken for the past 5 years. The pool area was dirty. We saw a used bandaid on the pool floor that was there the 5 nights we used the pool and a clump of hair and whatever near the shower that was there every day. Lead us to believe no one cleans the area around the pool. Gross

Negatives: We used the elevator, which was a bit sketchy, it felt like it was going to collapse with us in it, and when we finally got to the third floor it was stiflingly hot. We were sweating by the time we got to our door. Once in the room we noticed that instead of a pair blackout curtains we had one blackout panel and a towel (that didnt even cover the window) that was going up using safety pins. When my husband when downstairs he said there wasnt a worker in sight and when he thought maybe they were outside smoking he noticed that the pool stairs were wrapped with caution tape.

Negatives: The fold-over eggs are not the greatest, but there is a variety of other things so overall it is satisfactory.

Negatives: I picked the hotel because they had a hot tub and it was not working. The breakfast didn't meet our expectations. The cinnamon buns section was empty, the pancake machine was broken, there were no muffins. Most of the sanitizer dispensers were empty.

Negatives: Not Very clean. Dirt in every corner of hallways and elevator.
