Positives:
The woman at the desk looked us in the and was genuinely welcoming. She gave us a room larger than the one we had booked. We arrived late and she said the nicer room would go to waste if we didn’t use it. Okay, she was thoughtful, too.
Negatives:
Exterior was a little tired. I hope she gets bookings and can take some profit to ‘exterior decorate’.

The hotel is dated, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Best thing was how quiet the hotel was even being right by a highway.

Seemed very clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. Location is perfect for activities at the fairgrounds. The room had a tv, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. There was an ice machine available. All rooms are on ground level. There's a restaurant right next door.
Negatives:
It's an older motel that can't hide its age, but generally, it's in pretty good condition. The friend I was sharing the room with suffered about a half dozen insect bites on our second night in the room. I didn't get bit at all. We couldn't find any signs of bed bugs or any bugs for that matter, so it's a mystery.

Room looks clean;under the bed was very dirty. Need to seal your doors better.Parking lot light or sunlight comes in all around door. Not good losing cool or heat. Lamp between beds nitestand;bad bulb or short. 1 bed ft end was higher than head of bed.

Room super clean!! Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Blue Ribbon diner right next door with good food and gas station right next door. Was up for family emergency from Tennessee and staff bent over backwards being helpful!!!
