This is strike 2 with Booking.com. I will NOT use them again. I am a person that READS reviews. I also never pick the lowest price.
This hotel was horrible. I had 2 rooms booked. The first room had HAIRS on one of the beds. Clerk came to room to make sure we were telling the truth. Then told us there was NOTHING he could do about it. I said another room or my money back. I did NOT pay over $100 a night to sleep in dirty beds. This place is a DIVE. Our prior hotel through Booking.com didnt have HOT WATER! Two trips in a month and two HORRIBLE hotels.
