I had a reservation through month of June . The manger called me @ 10:34 mins you check out is noon . Saying I stayed past 20 days .. that’s their policy.. no long term stays .. I was left hurry to pack my room , belongings- my dog & calling a relative that lives an hr away . I can’t drive due to health reasons .. they could have given me notice .. purely unprofessional by current manger .. what an inconvenience it was .. thankfully for booking dot com they resolved it . I was able to get another hotel & not have to pay cancellation fees that hotel wanted to do nothing about !! I would NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. I stay there cause it was close to my dr & hospital if needed …. Housekeeping never clean my room . I had to do it myself daily. Ask for sheets , towels , etc . Borrow sweeper.. not worth the money or time .. inconvenience galore !!!
