Positives:
It was clean it has a nice bar in the lobby close to a lot of restaurants Etc.
Negatives:
The cleaning staff was outside our room being loud and placing music in the morning and woke us up was not pleased about that at all!

The staff member was extremely friendly, kind, and patient. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to get extra towels. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the hospital where I was scheduled for surgery the following morning. There were also several restaurants and stores nearby.
Negatives:
There was a long line at registration, but the clerk remained patient and kept trying to explain the hold on the credit card for incidentals. Others in line were showing signs of irritation and yet the clerk continued to smile and to say, "I will be right with you all." There were used coffee grounds in the coffee pot. Initially we thought we were out of toilet paper, but later found it in a closet (strange place to store it).

Not a big deal, but my request for 1 king bed was not able to be met. Didn't need 2 queens for a single traveler.
