The room was nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was free so you don’t have to pay extra for it when you book on booking.com

Possible IT issues between booking.com’s (third party) and this hotel’s data system.
I was 1st charged when I booked the hotel over a month prior using booking.com.
When I was checking-in I received a 2nd pending charge because the staff said they needed my card on file. The issue was resolved the day of. And the pending charge disappeared after a few days.
However, after checking-out I was charged a 3rd time. The transaction went through. I have yet to receive a refund. Honestly stupid and a completely avoidable situation if their system was updated and showed that I had already paid for my stay.
Make sure to show proof of confirmed booking transactions before you check-in at this hotel. So you don’t get charged repeatedly like I did.
