Positives: Location and convenience of the hotel was great. We brought our dog with us and it was rainy, so being on the second floor with a balcony was perfect. Late check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and beds comfy. Good shower. Would stay again.
Negatives: We had a couple dirty towels and the towel rack in the bathroom was hanging off. Bathroom in general in need of attention.

Positives: The location to the interstate and rear close to the hospital for my knee surgery
Negatives: It’s outdated and needs renovated. I was there to have knee surgery the next morning and the commode was close to the floor. It was all I could do to sit down and get up. It could’ve been higher.

Positives: Staff was the best. Super friendly unlike other motels. The staff smiled and was very kind. Only recommend that they add a little more coffee when making a pot as it tasted like hot water.

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that i was double charged. I have sent documentation 3 times since November and have not heard a response back from the Red Roof Inn or Booking.com. I just want my $ that i was charged and shouldn't have been.
