Positives:
Location and convenience of the hotel was great. We brought our dog with us and it was rainy, so being on the second floor with a balcony was perfect. Late check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and beds comfy. Good shower. Would stay again.
Negatives:
We had a couple dirty towels and the towel rack in the bathroom was hanging off. Bathroom in general in need of attention.

The location to the interstate and rear close to the hospital for my knee surgery

It’s outdated and needs renovated. I was there to have knee surgery the next morning and the commode was close to the floor. It was all I could do to sit down and get up. It could’ve been higher.

Staff was the best. Super friendly unlike other motels. The staff smiled and was very kind. Only recommend that they add a little more coffee when making a pot as it tasted like hot water.

I didn't like the fact that i was double charged. I have sent documentation 3 times since November and have not heard a response back from the Red Roof Inn or Booking.com. I just want my $ that i was charged and shouldn't have been.
