Ask for a double bed and had to get a king Harry asked for a early check-in they said no early check in. I asked if I could come and swim at the pool until my room was ready they said I got to ask the manager and they never called me back

I used booking to get the hotel because we were going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for my birthday, and it said it was walking distance but when we got there we weren't booked there we were booked at the one 20 minutes away so we go there and it was canceled even though I put pay when we get there
