The Sanctuary restaurant. The staff were friendy and the food was good! Cindy was awesome and an excellent bartender.
Negatives:
The room was dark without enough lighting., There was alot of stains and rips in the carpet, chips on the painted doors. There wasn't any kleenex, and one day they took my towels and didn'tr replaced them. I had to call the front desk to get some delivered...and still no kleenex. I would never return or recommend this hotel to anyone!

Bed/ pillows were very comfy. Convenient location for us. Short distance between all the places we needed to go.
Negatives:
Was told there was a laundry room on the 3rd floor. Went to 3rd floor. Absolutely no signage telling you where the laundry was. Finally went and asked front desk downstairs and was still given vague directions. Went back up.... walked all the way down one long hall, turned and had to walk another long hall until finally finding it. All while toting heavy bag of dirty laundry around. I think what frustrated me most was walking up and down halls on 3rd floor lugging around heavy bag. Need signs pointing direction to the laundry room right off the elevator and at the other end of hallway.

We did not get the bed type we booked. Overpriced and extremely small menu at the bar/"restaurant" This facility should not be rated 4 stars. We've stayed at better "2 star" hotels....

Staff not friendly or helpful. Large pool means "family friendly" which translates to don't bother trying to use the pool yourself and plan to be woken up by screaming kids in hallways at 6 AM. Also non smoking doesn't apparently apply to weed.
