Very poorly cleaned, outdated. Bed not well done. Bathroom was pretty bad. Definitely this is very far from being a 4 star hotel.

I paid more to have a sliding door to swimming pool and hot tub but. It was misleading, once I got to the hotel they told me that it didnt mean I can have access to the pool it was just to look out. So I paid more for nothing! Dont be fooled!

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and it is declining. Prior stay there was a bed bug in my room and this time the bathroom was filled with bugs like nets all in the shower and bathroom. Front desk just changed my room no apology at All.

The room smelled like urine. I was traveling with a small dog who spent the entire time in a play pen, I left the room clean. The $50 pet fee is outrageous and makes me want to leave the room a disaster.

This location is great. There is a great mall near by, many restaurants, great parks down by Lakewod, and close to Cleveland for museums and other activities.
Negatives:
The room is very dark. The toilet did not flush properly so we walked 100 steps down the hall to the open bathroom for big flushes. Told desk twice before it seemed to be a little better.
