Positives: Looks beautiful from the outside

Negatives: We had no remote no water pressure or great hot water. Also found hair in the bathroom before I even took a shower on the floor and in the shower. Very limited in the amenities only two bars of small recycled soaps and one small bottle of shampoo. And for 135.00 a room you should at least have a coffee pot set up. Thank you for your future updates to make other people’s stay more accommodating.

Positives: There was nothing about this hotel that I liked.

Negatives: The pillows were worn out and very thin and hard. I asked the front desk if there was any way I could exchange for newer/softer pillows, and the manager said there was nothing she could do, but there was a Walmart up the road and I could go buy one.

Positives: There wasn’t any breakfast. While room was clean there was mold in the bathroom on the wall and ceiling.

Negatives: Mold on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. No refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker in the room.

Negatives: When you walk in to the office it made me fill like i was staying at one of does off the road hotels you see in on police shows. every thing was with completely cover in plastic shields like it was not a safe place to be.

Negatives: TV inop and no one to fix it. Door card reader did not work initially. Had to walk to office with remote because no one available to help and they were unable to fix. No housekeeping.

Positives: The evening staff was very helpful when our room keys refused to open the door. The young lady stayed with it until she and her boss got it to work.

Negatives: When I called the staff to notice there was no coffee on the coffee table, which is all the breakfast there was, it took at least five minutes to get it slammed down on the table. The other gentleman there with me noticed.

Positives: Location was convenient

Negatives: First, you do not offer servicing the room unless requested. That is no longer the industry standard. When we did ask, halfway through our 6 night stay, the beds weren't made, the sink, tub and toilet weren't cleaned. All that was done was empty the trash and leave fresh towels. And we had to ask for fresh towels when needed. What part of servicing a room don't you understand? And, though I should have checked the website out further, no breakfast. Will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again.
