Went into the room sat down with my family to eat and roaches started crawling around my family and I had to sleep in the car after driving 7 hours and the company refused to give me my money back cause they said I was there longer than 15 mins i think the motel should return your full amount for this due to cause it is a health issue

The stay started off horrible when the lady that was working behind the counter was extremely rude and gave me attitude the whole time helping and even raised her voice at me! Every time we used our key to enter the door it didn’t work and we had to stand playing with it for 5 minutes, or toilet was clogged and struggled when flushing
