Negatives: The room I was given though was filthy. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was some dog kibble scattered on the floor. Later in the evening, I spilled a tiny bit of water on the vinyl floor so I got some tissue to wipe it up. The tissue came away black from dirt/grime (see photo) . It had to have been months since that floor was cleaned. At that point, I wanted to leave, but I had to be up in a few short hours so I decided to stick it out. As if all this wasn’t bad enough, I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and found, to my horror, that there was crap in the toilet. It was disgusting. When I inquired about breakfast in the morning, I was informed that they do not include breakfast. I stated that they not only included a mention of breakfast on their booking.com listing, but they also specifically touted “hot Belgian Waffles”. I stated my booking confirmation confirmed breakfast was included and since they advertised this amenity, they needed to knock something off my bill then. They said they wouldn’t do that and that breakfast was never included. I realized at that point that the free breakfast was a lure to get people to book. They took a 60.00 deposit from me in case of damage. I had no problem with that. When I got home, I listened to a voice mail from the desk clerk. They said they were keeping half the deposit because there was dog crap on the floor. I said that was impossible because my dog is trained and crated. I said that it probably came from whatever dog was in there last. It was fairly dim in the room so for all I know there might have been dog crap somewhere in there along with the kibble I found. I would never have allowed my dog to walk freely around in that room for fear of her catching something. They had video feeds to every corner of the hotel and I told him to check it because he would see me walking in with my dog’s crate. Regardless, he was keeping the deposit. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

Negatives: First room smelled of smoke like someone had just smoke a pack of cigarettes in bed. Got a second room which the room keys didn't work. Had to go get new room key for it. Once I was in the room the door frame showed signs of it being kicked in and the repairs were far from being strong or safe. Couch was extremely dirty with drug paraphernalia in the cushions.

Negatives: The pool had so many chemicals it burned 2 of my kids' faces. The mattresses moved Everytime you did, and the bathroom was so tight it was nearly claustrophobic. The weight room has 4 broken machines, which are the only machines they have. No towels for the pool area and even though I requested extra pillows I received none. The planks in the pool house are moldy, and there is no breakfast even though they advertise one.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The staff didn’t care about the customers there was no hot water when I told the staff they just ignored me and asked me to leave the lobby and wait outside while they checked the room so I could get my deposit back I will not stay there again I go to the area every year for air works auction I will be staying elsewhere next time

Negatives: The $60 cash deposit

Negatives: Rude staff didn't want to be helpful door to my room was broken I couldn't lock my door and the TV didn't work and front desk refused to fix it so I left

Negatives: Beds were awful. Hard uncomfortable and flat pillows. They put us in a smoking room and we are non smokers. Horrible smell. Burn holes in everything. Misunderstanding on what a hold on your card means as I was fully charged. I had to call and verify I would be receiving a refund.

Negatives: How low the toilet was. Need updated bathroom. Perhaps a Right Height toilet.
