Positives: Location was convenient for what we was doing in the area. We were in Mansfield/Ontario the night before and was going to Wooster that evening.

Negatives: We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites (HIES) the night before. Their facility was much cleaner and better decor. The wall outlet in our room at the Hilton was falling off. Most of the staff was not very friendly, they seemed to be upset with each mostly. At HIES, they have full reg size shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. Here, you are given travel size shampoo and only one bottle of each, when 3 people are staying in the room. Seemed like most guest breakfast was included in their stay but there was only about 3 of us that were made to pay. For the condition of the rooms, not to mention the construction that was going on at the hotel, breakfast should be included.

Negatives: Only was provided with breakfest one day I feel we were ripped off they gave us 2 cards and said use one a day for 4 people and then when we went to breakfest the lady said 2 cards only got us 2 items so 2 of us couldn't eat this policy is crazy........the second day none of them got breakfest explain that to 3 kids...........
