Staff was not too helpful with no shower soap. Not having it, is not an answer that is acceptable. Bed sheets had a black stain on them, almost like tar. And bed at other Hampton have been way more comfortable. They didn’t have enough breakfast, the hotel was booked solid, and they didn’t prep for a full hotel to eat breakfast. Just seem to be a mid-to low level Hampton in.

When we tried to checkin at ;pm our room wasn’t cleaned yet. We left had dinner & came back. The beds was made but we notice our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Hair was in the tub & sink. Counter was dirty as well. The carpet in our room was dirty, past guest food was in the fridge, carpet was vacuumed. I’ve been staying here last four years & it’s never been this dirty in our room

Positives:
The room was spacious, and the bed was good. We were cycling and able to take our bikes into the room. The breakfast was good, especially the egg omlette.
Negatives:
The carpet not as clean but as expected with the number of cyclists bringing in their bicycles.
