Positives:
The staff was friendly and hotel clean.
Negatives:
My room smelled like cigarette smoke and the room air/heat system ran all night. Could hear the guest above walk and even use the bathroom. The shower took a half a hour to get barely hot and no full flow of water.The sheets was worn out with balls on them, felt bad to my skin.

Hotel is beautiful, spacious and in a great location.
Negatives:
I drove from 1 1/2 hours for a football game with my children. The way I was treated by staff was unacceptable and very unprofessional. A mistake was made by booking and when I arrived check it did not go so good. Gabby was amazing and helped me in every way she could. I can't thank her enough for all her help. As far as Assistant General Manager Michael he was rude, very unprofessional and refused to help me . Then allowed head of housekeeping Amy to come to the front desk and after I told her I already knew what she was saying ( she was trying to help Mike) she proceeded to be rude and disrespectful when she was told that she wasn't needed. I stood at the front desk for 2 hours without any help from anyone but Gabby. My friend had to put her card on file for a room that was already paid for, no way I should have had to pay twice. Great hotel not so great staff.
