Staff was friendly and the bed was ok.

No mini fridge in the room. I am a diabetic with insulin that has to stay cold. I had to go to the ice machine multiple times to put in my cooler to keep it cold. The room wasn't fully cleaned as I cleaned a sticky residue off the area where the phone was. Dead bugs on the windowsill,

Dirty shower!! Loud neighbors, hanging outside my room all night with kids slamming the doors and women talking and smoking until after 11 pm.

The first time arrive gave room that not ready which is I waited outside then comeback to the reception area and told room not ready.
Second time Im early and ask tue reception If I can check in early first she saud no but I explain my situation and she approve and give me ready to rest room.
