Positives: The front desk lady was very friendly. Breakfast had decent choices and plenty of food.

Negatives: Older motel so it was excpected to have the stale smoke smell in the room but didn't last long once I turned on the air. Does need upkeep and minor improvements.

Positives: The air conditioner worked The breakfast was good

Negatives: The place was run down. The outside was dirty, not mowed, weeds everywhere, cigarette butts. The walls had paint peeled off, holes in the walls, no stopper for the tub. The lady at the counter was crabby. Having another choice if ever going back to Ada, I will choose somewhere else for sure.

Positives: I like the location of the hotel. Staff was great.

Negatives: The upkeeping and cleanliness needs to be improved more to be a two star hotel. The staff is working on it and trying to keep their best to provide that level of the hotel. Kudos to them! The staff did listen to my concerns about the hotel room that was offered to me and they did give me a clean room to stay in.
