Everything was dirty, sheets, floor, the toilet, we got cockroach everywhere. I tried to chance to a different room two times and every room was worse than the last one I got videos of all the cockroach all over the towels you really need to chance the housekeeper staff.

We stayed 2 nights my mother in law is actively dying in hospice. The first night we came in so late we passed right out woke up early went right back to my husband’s mom first thing came in that evening to nap and my kids screamed said there was blood in the bed I checked them over make sure it was theirs then got to looking and the blood was brown and dried I took pictures and went to the front desk. Showed the young lady she said that the room was the cleanest in the building that it was thoroughly inspected before we checked in that we would possibly be charged for something we didn’t do

THE NEXT DAY WE LEFT AND HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THE DEPOSIT BACK AFTER WE ALREADY HAD TO BE MOVED DUE TO BED BUGS!!! THE STAFF WAS OBNOXIOUS AND RUDE!! MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED 3 TIMES IN SAME DAY!
