Negatives: DOG POOP everywhere outside...grass in parking lot every where!!!

Negatives: Beds were uncomfortable pillows were uncomfortable people outside loud all through the night shower base was broken with cracks all in it draining water onto floor

Negatives: Tiny rooms Not very cozy

Negatives: No plugs or lighting between beds. Had cpap machine couldn't plug in more charge phones. No clock. Gawd awful shower. Only 3 med size towels 2 wash cloths . Room small. Ac wasn't on hot in room. Fridge wasn't on and when we thought it was set to 7... after hr not cool because had to turn power bar on which was hanging on the wall

Negatives: Needs maintenance. Pool murky. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Key cards didn’t work several times. Had to go back to office to get in the room 3 times. Office personnel very nice.

Negatives: The facility is filthy, to say the least. Trash was overflowing around the property, the pool was green, there is no designated dog area, so they used the bathroom wherever. A lot of drug dealing activities and yelling, screaming, fighting. We were not provided with complimentary soap or shampoo. Our super tiny room was not ready until 5 p.m., nor was it clean. We watched the guy sweep dog food out and leave it outside the door on the sidewalk. There was scat, we assume from a dog, under the bed, as well as blood on the wall. This was just in one of the 2 rooms we booked for the 7 of us for the night. When I went to the office to ask for a refund and explained why, I was told it was nonrefundable.

Negatives: Room was in very poor condition. Door flimsy and wouldn’t fully shut. Very old and flimsy mattress. Flooring was soft in places and uneven.
