Had to go back to the front desk for a TV remote, wifi info and reprogram key. Hair dryer and phone did not work.. 3 trips to the front desk and we were not close. Desk persons aid she checked our room herself due to new housekeeping and all ok. The re.ote did not work. Sorry.

Blood on sheet, dead bug on carpet, floor not vacuumed! Staff was nice until we had to change rooms. Staff responded with these words about the blood and bug...It's just dried blood and bug is dead.

I can't say enough good things about the management, the facilities and especially the breakfast which consisted of everything you could think of except potatoes. If we ever come this way again we will for sure stay here!

Breakfast was wiped out by a bus load of teenage boys! But what we got was good. Staff was wonderful!

We only had 2 hand towels and one large towel the first night, that was fixed the next day.

The staff was nice and the location was good.
Negatives:
We booked rooms ahead but It took over an hour for us to get checked in. We wanted a pool and WIFI. The pool was closed for maintenance & the wifi wouldn't stay up!! They kept having to rekey everyone's cards! One of the mattresses sagged bad!
