I am very mad my necklace my grandma gave me was stolen from me. I left it hanging on the rail in the bathroom. Went back to get it and they said they couldn't find it don't know who took it out of the staff that was there or the housekeepers but someone took it. My door didnt lock from the outside.

Located near home we were going to, many resturants near.
Negatives:
Bugs in room, no cold water in sink when arrived (fixed next day), room smelled musty, old carpet, door to bathroom cracked with rusted hinges, door knob to bathroom old and tarnished, pool out of serivce, side enterance door to hotel did not lock. WE WON'T BE BACK HERE!

Positives:
Nothing. Only one working elevator out of three and it was making so much noise we didn’t trust it. The grounds are completely unkept as is the building…..inside and out.

It was dirty, and appeared to be more of a homeless shelter than a hotel.

I pick my hotels by whether or not they have a pool I chose to Clarion because advertised a pool and I use it for water therapy because I am a disabled senior, but the pool was under maintenance and nothing was said about it on the website. Also, the ice machine on my floor didn’t work and I wasn’t told at check-in. I had to call them and asked where a working ice machinewas.. there was a lamp in the bedroom that kept flickering and not staying on and the girl that came up, said it needed to be plugged in better and she couldn’t do it. and the free breakfast was at the restaurant nearby not at the door near reception that said breakfast I actually feel I should be getting some type of refund and would not recommend this hotel because of these reasons.

From the smell to roaches.
The cleanest things were the beds and towels. If I werent afraid of losing money on a last minute trip. We would have left and not looked back.

Very dirty and run down.Filthy worn out carpet.Shabby, tattered worn out furnishings and blood stains on the room curtains.(and really everything else)
One broken elevator and the other too decrepit for me to use. My wife refused to stay here. Staff refused to give a refund so we left after only ten minutes on the property.I think the word “ YIKES” would be an accurate description of this dump!

Staff and hotel over all good for the money..

The breakfast at the restaurant next door was terrible. Staff was hateful when asking if there was any food available...food was empty at 730 am and wasn't going to refill until I asked but then was very rude...we waited for 30 mins for food and then they only put out eggs and potatoes that's it...I was very disappointed....I think the hotel should do there own food the restaurant is making the hotel look bad....
