My disabled son (in a w/c) and I got stuck in the elevator!!! I was furious when the apathetic front desk guy wouldn't talk to me when I called him on the elevator phone. I complained about him to the manager.
I also got ate up by something during our stay. The manager and head housekeeper checked out my bed for bedbugs but found none. It may not have had anything at all to do with the room but I didn't have the bites when we checked in! Very uncomfortable and still a mystery. It took about a week to a week and a half to get rid of the very itchy bites.

The staff here at Hampton Inn Tulsa/Broken arrow are very kind and accommodating. The breakfast bar is loaded with way more than most free breakfast in hotels and the breakfast attendant makes your morning more of an experience, in a fun way, as she is humorous and interactive with the guests. We were comfortable in our room, and during our stay we enjoyed the indoor pool, as it was very clean and comfortable to swim in. We will return our next time in Oklahoma.

When we attempted to check in on June 7, we were told there was no room available and that the reservation was incorrectly made for June 14. Again, we were told there was no room available, so we had to find another hotel Later that evening, we received a phone call From a person who I assumed was the property manager. We were told there was in fact, a room available that they had been holding, and that person apologized profusely because we had already made other arrangements, and offered to cancel the booking, which offer we accepted However, we have just discovered through bookings.com that the reservation was never canceled and we have been charged for it bookings.com has contacted your facility and requested that booking be credited back to us, but we have not heard back yet Very frustrating We originally booked with your property because we trust and value the facilities and the level of service I am waiting to see how this works out!

Since we were never able to stay at your property, I cannot answer this question. What I don’t like is that we were not able to stay at the property and had to scramble to find another place to stay
