Positives:
It was a nice hotel. Loved the free shoot Oder breakfast. Ive never been to a hotel that offered it that way. When we checked out the desk lady was super friendly. Customer service is so important.
Negatives:
When we checked in fairly late I. The evening. The desk clerk was not overly friendly. No hand soap in the bathroom. I responded to a text about check in. I was told they would bring it up shortly, and NO one ever showed.
