Negatives: We told the front desk about the refrigerator not working. They sent a maintenance guy, and he fixed it temporarily because it shut off again. So our drinks were warm and food had to be thrown out. When we checked out, I mentioned to the front desk (Jessica) that if a nursing mom was in that room or a person that needed medication refrigerated, that would be very bad on them. We stayed two nights without a working fridge. And, the small sofa chair needs upholstery cleaning badly or replaced. We won't stay here again. And, lastly Jessica did not show kindness or sympathy, so I'm not sure if this place needs to provide customer service training for her. The one thing that was good was the breakfast staff. We left a tip for their hospitality.

Negatives: Room I was given had no working telephone, no working internet, and the safe was locked! Couldnt use any of them. Was told no maintenance staff on duty entire weekend to fix. No manager on duty either. Offered to change rooms, but had to wait til other guest checked out and cleaned. Manager still not there when we checked out on Monday. Asked to have him/her call me as I wanted discount for first day hassle and room change! Never received call, nor any discount. Very poor customer relations !
