The staff was rude and questioning me about when I was leaving,the room was compacted with the king bed in a small room, the noise outside was loud, I dont want to say anything else.

Room smelled heavy cigarette smoke. Floor wasn't mopped. Bathroom had loose brown markings on wall and floor. I told the front desk it's smelled...reeked of smoke, they asked me...do I smoke??? No remote in the room, they gave me a remote and it still didn't control TV. I bought wipes and lysol since the area was booked for the weekend. I won't be going back to this location.

All the doors that was suppose to be lock was left unlock so anyone could get in
Staff was rude and it was hard to get anything that we needed
Staff argue with me about a bed bug and had me wait to even get knew sheets
Room service refused to take the old pillows and also refuse to give me a new blanket due to a bed bug being on the old ones
The big refrigerator in the room didnt work and my groceries went to waste
There was people sleeping in their car on the property and drug addicts walking around the property all night
Wi-Fi was horrible and sometimes you couldnt even get help from the front desk because they would be missing

The front person was kind. She told us about how they were out of power the week. She was able to get us clean sheets after we had to ask for them.
Negatives:
We understood that their electricity had been out that day but the cleaniless was not good. Our sheets had stains and the pillows had burn marks. The restrooms had dead insects and the shower was broken. The room was super hot and the bed was not comfortable. The towels had hair pieces and that was disgusting. The attention to detail was not strong.

I booked due to our power outage after the storm. No where on their site did they say it was out of power. I arrived (with my children) and it was without power as well, totally understandable. But the gentleman at the front counter told me I would not be charged and refunded. Well, that was a lie because I was charged completely for it and have yet to receive my refund from them. I will NEVER book with them again and will most definitely not recommend them to anyone!

Good location and appeared to be well maintained overall. Courteous, helpful staff. No nasty carpeting. The beds were ok. Good size refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Negatives:
All of their linens, bedding and towels were very worn and should be in a rag bin. Cabinetry for kitchenette was cheap and falling apart.
