Had to move rooms smelled of mold, staff switch us to upstairs, smell not quite as bad. Halls and elevators were fifty. Stayed at one a month prior on trip down to nm stayed in Joplin and was beautiful hotel. What a difference

Disgusting room. Scum in shower. Toilet seat was falling apart and discolored. Air vent looked like a blanket coming out of it and could see dust particles flying around my room. Elevator was broken and I had a 3rd floor room. Hall way to room smelled like throw up, had stains and trash bags laying on the floor.
