La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Edmond

Negatives: Breakfast is lame & has inadequate selection ! Needs potatoes , additional toppings 4 yogurt & waffles . More fresh fruits .

Negatives: This was a horrible night.

Negatives: Breakfast was so bad

Negatives: We had to get our keys fixed multiple times, there were never any towels in the pool area, and there wasnt even a stopper for the bathtub.

Negatives: Pee on the floor around the toilet, very gross, not cleaned

Negatives: The shampoo and lotion bottles provided were empty or half-used, respectively and the wash cloth was covered in makeup. It was clear that this room was not fully cleaned.

Negatives: Checked in, but staff working never put us in system for our room. Someone else was given the room around 9 pm and tried to get in. Luckily we had the extra door lock on. Manager came up and said we were not in system. I gave them confirmation number

Negatives: My room wasn't already 3pm like promised I had to leave and come back 2 hrs later

Negatives: I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a washer and dryer, she said yes and informed me where it was located. So we went to our room got our laundry, go to the laundry room and the dryer is out of order. Then when i ask if there is a different washer and dryer, she said we could use a different hotels washer and dryer.

Negatives: The bed was hard, pillows lumpy. Girl who checks you in was not friendly, never smiled once - just sort of glared at you. Was away from her desk a lot, so when we had a question there was no one to ask. I rated this a 4 out of 10 - this hotel was disappointing.

Negatives: Breakfast, they dont have oatmeal or good coffee(taste like water with color).

Negatives: The AC in our room was not working properly. When it would come on it would wake us up all through the night with a loud roar. I complained the next morning to the desk clerk and I was told someone would reach out to me to do something about some type of compensation but I have heard nothing from anyone. We have stayed with La Quinta numerous times over the years sometimes staying for a month or more while working and where things were not always perfect but they always made things right. The stay was disappointing to say the least. I also told the clerk the toilet handle needed to be fixed as it was really hard to flush. Another thing was that there was only one small bar of soap in the bathroom and one wash rag, cutting costs I guess. La Quinta has always been a bit on the higher side of the pricing so I would expect more than we got.

Negatives: Literally everything else. The front desk lady was extremely rude, there was broken glass in the back parking lot and when asked they said they have lots of break ins. Bathroom (handicap) flooded every time we showered, seat was full of holes, fire alarm went off at 2 am for no reason and it smelled funky.
