No card to get in and out of rooms - card reader down- hotel staff had to let us in and out. The pool ceiling was down - the night staff gave out the master key so they didnt have to constantly go and let you in and out - not good policy because anyone could have opened your room at anytime.

The staff was great and the location was convenient. Breakfast was good, and the staff are helpful and compassionate.

The lock to our door & others in the hotel were broken or malfunctioning. The coffee machine in the room was kept in the bathroom, which seems unhygienic. And the pool was closed because the roof had fallen in.

we decided to stay there because it had a indoor swimming pool we get there one lady said its closed cause the roof was caving in! then she says if she really wants to swim then I can let yall in! anyways we look at it there is nothing wrong with it we asked the next lady that was working if my niece could go swimming she straight up said no she cant the next morning I asked the lady how long will it be till they fix it she told me she didnt know that they are going to remodel it! lies after lies
