The hotel was dingy and dirty on outside . although it looked nothing like the pictures..it looked decent my daughter was at another hotel and came to check on us as I am in wheelchair. She looked on bed and found a bed bug!!! I took pictures!

Nothing, it was the scariest moment of my life. A man literally beat a woman to the point I had to call the police. My kids were traumatized m. We left 2 hours after checking in!

Refund we stayed 2 nights and 1st night we got there the room key didnt work and lock didnt lock on door then they switched rooms. Some shady people around and room had food in microwave cable didnt work and no lil shampoo bottles to wash hair. Was told someone would come next day and fix cable or get a room that it does work. Got there lastnight and cable not working and didnt switch us rooms. Disappointed

The price per day was very good compared to others available in the area. It was a good value for what and where it was.

We were there for 3 days and there was no services to the room during the whole stay. No clean towels. No beds made. No cleaning of bathrooms or sink. But again for the price a good value

I booked the hotel thru Hotel.com. when I got to the hotel, I found out that my reservations had been cancelled and I had to go out and look for another hotel.

I didn't like the staff, they were not friendly at all. The young man acted like he didn't care whether I had my reservations or not. The hotel looked like a roach motel, doors to the rooms were faded. Just didn't look fit for me and my daughter to stay in..

Not much... long term tennents have turned the place into a Hell-hole.
Negatives:
I've felt more comfortable in war zones.... Lawton's "Impact Zone" has move a few blocks southwest. Literally considered packing up and leaving a little before Four in the morning. If I get "dumped" into a homeless encampment like this again.... I'll never utilize this reservation site again.....once I'll overlook. Twice; I'll place signs on my truck to avoid you like the plague.... Not a place for unescorted 'Ladies' nor families with small children.
