Our stay was fantastic !!!
Positives:
The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large. The pool is pretty big and indoors. They also have a hot tub and a sauna. We did not use the sauna though. AC got freezing cold
Negatives:
Just walking in the lobby was gross. Stained seats dirty tables and sticky floors. The carpet is horribly stained in the common areas as well as halls.
The elevators are ghetto and all but scream while going up and down. And the side doors did not even need a key card they just open with ease meaning anyone of those many crack heads outside can come in. With that said this area is rough. It reminded me of downtown Dallas and well ifykyk. Tons of homeless and even though you are near a lot of food places and shopping you won't really feel safe getting out.
Next trip to see family we will be finding a new and nicer location and hotel.

We stayed a week. The Frig access door was broken and had to be fixed.
The shower handle was broken so we could not use it. Reported it and they offered to move rooms. It had already been 6 days. The handle literally fell off in my hands. No shower for a week, not so good. No monitoring of pool. We went down to the pool. 15 children in pool unsupervised. Parents outside partying and not watching the kids all under 12 years old. Hot tub taken over by 6 kids, So we couldn't even use it. So much for enjoying a nite at the pool.
