Parking was a little difficult. There were lots of big trucks/trucks with trailers taking up multiple spaces for each vehicle. Also, we arrived at 3:30 am after a difficult drive and the hotel had cancelled my reservation which was unfortunate.

The fact that booking.com botched the entire reservation/confirmation process. I have never had such an issue with my booking and reservation as I did with this one. Impossible customer service, the hotel said it's normal with booking.com and that every booking with booking.com is an issue. Bottom line, my booking experience was HORRIBLE. I so hope someone from district/area manager contacts. Feel free
