Positives: It was near the location I was visiting

Negatives: It's an absolute DUMP. Bead spread had a lot of cigg burns, carpet and room dirty. TV didn't work for the entire stay even though I called after checking in on the first day. Furniture from rooms dragged outside. Never felt safe.
