Negatives: Booking.com says pay at property but they charged my card and then in order to keep our rooms we had to pay for the rooms again!! Took 2 weeks to get our money back from them.

Negatives: Description and pictures were wrong. there was no hot tub bath or coffee maker and the beds were very uncomfortable. The shower head was garbage and the on/off knob was not there. There was not any literature showing where stuff was located on the property or near the motel. Prices were a lil high for the condition of the rooms.

Negatives: In need of major renovations Not up to electrical code( used extension cords for refrigerator and alarm clock) TV remote wouldn't work, only one channel Couch and ottoman were nasty

Negatives: Pool not open, room not like pictured, and had to go get pillow and blanket and sheets for the pull out bed. And at 10:50 they were at door ask if qe were getting out.

Negatives: The pics look very different room musty smell no coffee no blow dryer musty and gross pool so small No restaurant no lounge no mini bar. They told us there were all these things

Negatives: The pool was closed, the room smelled nasty, the price was high for this hotel, the restroom door was broken, the floor was dirty and the carpet was dirty too my daughters feet were black with just walking around. The mattress and pillows had a weird nasty smell. There was a creepy guy outside in the parking lot looking at my dads vans windows searching i donk know for what, obviously thinking of stealing something. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Negatives: Front desk guy, made me wait 12 minutes before letting me check in he was on the phone with family nor friends, it was on speaker phone so I know more than one voice was on the other line! Rude if I must say so myself! My husband came to check on me because it was taking so long to check in. Even though we had made online reservations. The room had roaches in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Only had two sheets on the bed no blanket or comforter! The ac was loud plus making funny noises. The neighbor was yelling very loud when we first got to the room, people on bikes with backpacks were in and out of her room. Prowlers every where! Definitely Meth city! I wouldn’t stay again! Not worth it! It’s bad when you can’t even get any sleep bc of the neighbors right next door not only loud and annoying but beating on the door trying to get in.

Negatives: However when we went to check in the lady tried charging us $189 for just one night refusing to give us the room we booked extremely rude so he did not stay there and she still continued to try to charge my card even though I canceled for the nights that I had booked so she refused to let me cancel said that she would charge me for the night that I had booked even though I did not stay there at all or even continue checking it
