The hotel charged me on another card and charged me more money on this card.
The hotel also charged for breakfast even though it was free and included in the price.
The hotel was also dirty and there was hair all over the room.
I do not advise everyone to use this hotel, the staff is terrible.

The staff double changed because the girl didn’t know how to book people that booked on the booking app, she said since it’s a third party app that they didn’t accept the payment method even though my card was already changed and we had a confirmation number! They were very rude to my daughter and her friend when they went to check out this morning.

First the receptionist was rude I drove 3.5 hours to get there and she told me I did not have a reservation. I showed her my email that I did, she then said “yes that is our hotel information but no booking” and moved on to another customer saying she had no beds available. I looked at another email I had that showed a confirmation and showed her, she then said “oh it’s under your first name not your last” then was kept up for two days with grown adults running up and down the hall yelling, slamming doors and knocking on my door. It was over priced for the atmosphere and staffing rudeness. I won’t be back

The area was very busy and loud, even until wee hours of the morning. I suggest sound reducing windows. That would be the only reason we may not stay there again.

It was the perfect starting point in OKC/Bricktown to explore OKC Downtown and Bricktown by feet and by streetcar. The room was very good and the hotel very modern!
Negatives:
The valet parking does not allow the new guests to make the checkin if they do not give them the car keys! This means if you want to do self parking you can not park directly for 5-10 minutes in front of the lobby! Unbelievable!
