It was so gross. Smelled strongly of stale cigarettes.
It felt like it was a rent by the hour facility.
I've never been in a motel room that was this gross.

The hotel's infrastructure is antiquated and has an unpleasant odor. Our truck, along with fourteen others, was broken into, resulting in the breakage of two of our windows. The security personnel do not reside on-site but rather patrol all the hotels in the vicinity. This establishment ranks as the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. The female staff member working on Saturday morning exhibited rudeness. It is advisable to avoid staying at this hotel during periods when the fair is taking place.

The most unpleasant experience
Positives:
The Hotel and room were as expected, the location was great as there was no road noise from I-40, the breakfast was good but small, the staff was friendly and professional.
Negatives:
The lady who picked up when I called asking for the location of the hotel was very rude and unprofessional, and I could barely understand her, she had to be Hispanic or Indian with that thick of an accent, VERY RUDE!
The pool was closed which was a downside,
The address listed for this hotel is completely wrong!
Waze and Google Maps took us to the middle of nowhere to a semi truck service area when the hotel was 3 exits down the highway near a cracker barrel restaurant, last thing was the very strong smell of Marijuana when we first checked into our room in the halls and common areas, it did go away but it was very unpleasant for sure

The value! Got a king suite for under $60! It was very clean, smelled clean, room was big, bed was comfy. Location was good. Breakfast wasn't much, but had plenty of hot coffee. As long as my room is clean and cheap, I don't care if the breakfast is lacking! Staff was fantastic! Three different people were working the desk when we were there, and they were all super nice and accommodating. We were there because my son was in a car accident and was in OU Trauma. All of the staff was very compassionate, concerned, asked how he was doing everyday, if there was anything they could do for us, etc. It meant a lot.

The location. The lady who checked me in was really friendly.
Negatives:
The blanket had stains, the water was dripping all night long in the bathtub and it couldn't be turned off, the air conditioner barely worked, it was incredibly humid and damp in the room, the headboards had hand smears all over them as if it hadn't been wiped down. It made me question whether the sheets were clean. And there was only one trash can. The hallway reeked like marijuana. The only thing that was available for Continental breakfast were biscuits and and a small pot of gravy.
