Check-in time was at 3pm. We showed up at 3 and was told they were busy and that our room was not clean yet and to give them 30 minutes. We left and came back at 4pm and they were still working on our room. Everything was great except not being able to check into our room at the correct time because we were tired from traveling and wanted to rest.
