Positives: New property … clean and well appointed.

Negatives: It is located in a commercial area .. warehouses, light industrial so it’s not the best place for someone to get out and walk or exercise outside. With its proximity to the downtown area it would be a good value for someone there on business downtown. The do offer a free shuttle to the Brickyard area … which avoids a long walk in the commercial area.
