Room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like smoke, and the room linen had cigarette burns. The receptionist was never available and was smoking marijuana upon our arrival. When it was time to check out, he was no where to be found.

I booked online for the things I needed for my stay. I had my grandbabies. Was no free breakfast.No microwave or fridge. First room toilet did not work...sheets were dirty and burned. Second room was really no better...but toilet did work.Never again!!

Room had fresh paint, carpet, bedspread, tv, and microwave

Floor tile in bath was slippery, especially for disabled access.

Room table was very wobbly.
At check-in there was no ice bucket, no coffee nor cups for maker. Also, TV wasn't playing channels.
2 wall lamps wouldn't plug in so lighting was very limited in room.

The room was missing a comforter, the bathroom had no light bulbs, the toilet was nasty and barely flushed. There was some nasty food left in the fridge, a cocoa roach on the wall.

I didnt like that the staff totally knew that people were selling themselves and prostitution out of the room downstairs and was acting as if he couldnt understand me.
