They gave my room away. I called at 3 to let them know we were traveling and would be there around 12 am. Confirmed my reservation and we kept driving. We get there and they don?t have a reservation and all the rooms are full. We had nowhere to stay.

The hotel room has roaches everywhere, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom I had to go out and buy some, the phone wasn't even hooked up.

The hotel is very dirty, it has many cockroaches and inception, that was disgusting, that had never happened to me, the one in the office is very heavy.

As we arrived after a long flight from Germany, the woman on the front desk told us we wouldn't have a Reservation. But i had the confirmstion on my cellphone. I told her i would book again over booking.com because of the price but than she answerd she won't give us the room for this price. It doesn't matter if i book it or not.
