Positives: Comfortable beds and pretty clean room.

Negatives: Sidewalks and concrete stairs were very dirty. Cigarette butts in the parking area and grass area for pets was disgusting. Shady-looking guests were seen coming out of rooms. I cancelled my reservation for my trip back through Oklahoma City 5 days after this stay.
