The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that there was only one entrance for security. I really liked that there was no carpet in the hotel; it made it feel very clean.
Negatives:
I did not like that only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth were provided for a two weeks' stay, without a fee. While I understand limiting items, to limit so drastically seemed ridiculous.
I knew that there would not be breakfast, but was disappointed that there was no coffee available.

Finding someone during the day is almost impossible. Fees for EVERYTHING! Rates are a bit ridiculous. Didn't say online that there was a $100 deposit charge for using cash. $25 a night for animals. $2 for clean towels if you haven't been here for at least 14 days. Fees, fees, fees! Fees for this, fees for that!

I was a there a total of 3 hrs but mostly at a restaurant. paid for two nights. i complained abt the pungent dog odor and no lights and was given 1 hr to leave with no refund.
