Positives:
Check-in was fine. The room was fine just had stains all over the floor and didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile. The bathroom was small but the best part of room. I left a day early and haven't got my deposit back or my refund.

I didn’t like the property at all.

It was not clean, our room had a funny smell, never came to make our beds or fresh towels, full of dogs and I do mean FULL OF DOGS, hallways smell like dogs and they vacuum the hallways to clean up dog hair, carpets in hallways and room has never been shampoo, no breakfast just muffins from Walmart and coffee and packages of oatmeal. Last night we saw two roaches. Just dirty and stink.

The breakfast is a light breakfast but it had healthy which was ok I like light breakfast the friendly and welcoming attitude of staff all shifts laundry room thumbs up for sure truly recommend it is safe as well a neighborly type feel...

I felt extremely uncomfortable there. I did not stay since it was unsafe. Very foul odor & filthy stained carpets. Lots of homeless loitering by the entrance. There was only one entrance & it was locked at night, but the key entry did not work. You had to use a telephone to alert the front desk that you need the entrance unlocked. Due to the staggering number of homeless hanging out at the entrance, this did not appear to be safe.
