After Sunday, Nov 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Let?s start with the cockroaches bedbugs did on the counter from previous people. Dog hair dog food hasn?t been swept or cleaned I god only knows how long. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Negatives: It was hard to get a staff member to check me in. The room was infested with ants and what looked very similar to bed bugs. Vent was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall, pretty dirty.

Positives: Kitchen was ok- had to ask for things and then remind the front desk- come on! No big bugs-praise God! Reasonable quiet at night! Did not feel that safe---

Negatives: Your senior management def needs to take a tour-like under cover boss!! Risky part- w/ other guests asking me if I had a gun? What? Front doors were ALWAYS DIRTY- GROSS! I asked repeat ably to plz clean them-staff- they said yes ok blah blah- never happened! More concerned about smoke breaks and playing on their cell phones! Your guests should not have to ask for this! Dirty- needs painting and carpets cleaned! My reservation was messed up from the get go- I was too tired and jet lagged to change- I kept hoping and praying it would get better!! Never did- Tracy- mngr was ok- she needs re-training or another career!
