Our room smelled TERRIBLE. It was obvious there had been pets in the room prior to our visit and the room smelled horrible of pet urine.

Honestly anything I would have considered to be positive about this property is defaced by the negative aspects of this property.

Staff is not organized and property is extremely short staffed. The staff they did have could be found arguing amongst themselves in a foreign language. We were stopped twice by an older foreign couple who were cleaning rooms and demanded us to tell them what room we just came out of even though the gentleman stopped us and we’d did tell him. We were followed to the elevator by the woman who again asked us the same question, “what room did you come out of?” I was locked out of my five different times before the battery was replaced on the keypad to my door. This caused me to be late to my function. It was just terrible all the way around.

The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. We didn't use the business center, the pool or the fitness center.

The layout of the room was weird. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. We didn't use the pool, fitness center, or business center so I am unable to comment.
