The location was amazing! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The kids loved it and keep asking when we get to go back.

Was very sad because the swimming pool was so cold. It's such a neat pool, but didn't want to go back in because of the temp. When we got into our room there were a few things still on the floor from the group before us (an old sock and a couple toys).
Positives:
Walkable to every thing we wanted to do in the area. Room was clean, breakfast was great with lots of options.

Pool chlorine content is HIGH and can be smelled immediately when you walk in to the lobby.

The view, the pool, and the overall look of the hotel was great! It was very kid friendly and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We loved that the parking garage with next to the hotel and it felt secure.
Negatives:
Our hotel room bathroom was in need of some repairs. It looked clean overall but some of the tiles were loose and the door either had water damage or had been chewed from a dog. Also the AC unit in our room made squeaky noises throughout the night.

Comfy beds, great location, baseball view room was awesome even without a game. Breakfast was tasty every day.

Too much chlorine in pool. It was literally burning our eyes outside the pool.

great location, room was clean, breakfast was good, it was rated correctly at a 2.5 star. For the price I would expect a 3 star (especially paying an additional $20 to park) but I guess location dictates the price.
Negatives:
Little pricey for this type of hotel but again, location dictates the upper end price for 2.5 star. I watched the kids in the pool and chlorine was so strong it hurt my eyes just sitting in the room with them. BUT it was CLEAN!
Positives:
Everything was great, had no issues everyone was very friendly and location was easily accessible to a lot of downtown. Room was clean, bed comfortable and showe worked well. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel for the price we paid. Just spent the night for a medical procedure early the next morning. Was shocked how nice it was.
