Bed was reasonably comfortable. Liked the wall mounted soaps, lotions, etc Like the number of device charging options.
Negatives:
Television had spotty audio. Only 1 cup with lid for coffee in room. Now for the biggie. There was zero cold water available, which we were not informed about upon checking in. Impossible to use tap water to brush teeth, etc Water got increasingly hot the longer it ran, so taking a shower was practically impossible. It was definitely unsafe because of danger of scalding. The hotel was aware of the problem and refused to do anything about it. Not a Hilton owned property. No manager available on the weekend. Supposedly we will be called on Monday. We will never stay here again!!

I love all the people in the grill they have there they make you feel at home.

One of the workers there was very rude to my family and I was over charge because, a guest had made a complaint about something that wasnt even true or evolved my family. I was belittle saying things like you people have to remember your not and any hotel. I felt harrassed , embarrassed, and mistreated because, of the color of my skin . I felt.
