Positives:
The ac was good I guess but that’s about it.
Negatives:
The tweakers all around the outside of the hotel, our sheets and pillows were covered in someone else’s hair and crumbs. The shower had hair on the walls, drink rings on entertainment center and hair on the toilet too they never even tried to clean this room. Their “buffet” was a literal joke. It was weird wet eggs, soggy gristle sausage patties, microwave bacon, and cereal. I’ve never paid this much for a hotel and been let down this hard. Almost $200 for one night. The disappointment and irritation is immeasurable. I LOVE hotels. They are one of my favorite things and this has been by far the biggest disappointment of a hotel I’ve ever encountered.

Clean and comfy, but smells...
Positives:
The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very helpful, and the room was really nice. There are a lot of options for food and connivence, so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.
Negatives:
Someone or multiple people kept going in and out of their room. The doors slam loudly if you don’t hold onto the door as you’re closing it. They did this for a solid 2-3 hours, until about 2:30 am. It woke me up and then kept me awake.
