Homewood Suites By Hilton Oklahoma City Bricktown

Negatives: Area of Bricktown has almost no shops or any grocery options. If you don’t have a car, you will need to be ubering it everywhere if you want to visit any attractions. Some okay restaurants and loud bars. Can feel a little isolated if you are a single woman walking around.

Negatives: Confusing parking - signs say parking for this hotel but then there is nothing letting you know you have to go down to the first floor and walk outside the garage to the property. Room cleaning is upon request only which is fine but there was nothing in the reservation or even a note in the room indicating this. Valet and parking seem expensive.

Negatives: Having the 2 hotels in 1 building was a little confusing. We came down the elevator the next morning for Breakfast, which was included in our stay. We we walked towards the only breakfast we seen, and then we're were brought a bill. Whenever I showed my booking included breakfast, we were then told we were on the wrong side. Thankfully the manager took care of us. It was kinda embarrassing with several guests staring and employees staring at us. We the found the correct breakfast side, in a totally separate room with door shut and needing room key. Maybe let guests know exactly where breakfast is upon check in, or better signage. Otherwise the stay was great. Look forward to coming back

Negatives: I didn’t like having to pay for the parking. It’s just not something I’m used to.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: They offered valet parking, but I opted to park my own hindsight 2020 should’ve taken advantage of valet parking

Negatives: The iron didn't work, so the next day room service brought another one. The thing that was really disappointing was the bar. 1st night ordered soup and tea The waitress was nice. When I asked for crackers, she said there was none. Not good eating soup without crackers. Then I ask for sweet tea , she said there was none. Second night was even more disappointing. My husband came to the bar 1st and he ordered a drink. I came later. When the waitress brought my husband his drink, she didn't even acknowledge me, to ask if wanted a drink as well. My husband had to call her back to the table and then I told her I wanted to look at a drink menu 1st. She hurried back to the table and then threw the menu on the table and didn't return until over 30 minutes later to ask for my order. She didn't even apologize for not coming back. At that point I had changed my mind about the drink and all she said is that she was slammed at the bar, with all the customers, but when I came, I thought I saw 2 people serving Customers. That was really disappointing. I guess you l can't expect

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: They needed more staff to help with breakfast. When there was a rush, the singular person was not able to keep up. We felt sorry for her. Also would’ve loved a better variety of hot food. We stayed at a Homewood suites in Galveston before and they had an excellent hot breakfast, including omelettes. We quit going to breakfast after the second day because it wasn’t worth it since the one overworked and stressed out, staff member in the kitchen could not keep up alone. We felt very sorry for her. Also would’ve loved to not have to walk so far to the parking garage. Parking was way too expensive on top of what we were paying for our room. My back is all messed up now because the mattress that my husband and I had needed to be either flipped or replaced. I kept having to brace myself not to roll into the middle of the bed and never slept well.

Negatives: The breakfast was good. I think that the breakfast staff was overwhelmed at times. The parking is expensive.
