Positives:
I like the location, free breakfast and the price. The location is close to downtown Oklahoma about eight minutes away. There are many restaurants close by to purchase food. The price was $50 plus tax per night and the room was clean. We have a friend who is renting a room at the same price in the area and he was shocked about the cleanliness of the hotel. He said for the price it is a steal.
Negatives:
The breakfast, no shampoo, lotion or conditioner in the restroom and no trash bags in the trash cans in the rooms. The breakfast was adequate but there was no fresh fruits, yogurt and no variety. I really hated the fact that no trash bags in the bins even after housekeeping cleaned my room the next day.

The sheets had stains and when I called for new one all they gave me was a new sheet but no new sheet that goes over the bed. Bathroom had hair all over it and I feel like they never cleaned the room. It was uncomfortable for us for sure.

I loved the location and that which put it over the top was that the room had a balcony. Which I thought had died out a long time ago. Good to see some of the yesteryear nostalgia be revamped. Great place and new favorite place to stay when in OKC.
